YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility for the central AI Use Case Portfolio within the AI Center of Competence in Group IT
- Coordination of the intake, evaluation, prioritisation, and lifecycle process of AI use cases
- Assessment of AI use cases regarding business value, feasibility, scalability, costs, risks, and strategic relevance
- Creating transparency regarding priorities, dependencies, responsibilities, maturity level, budget impacts, and value contribution
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the AI Center of Competence, the CIO, departments, PMO, and other governance bodies
- Moderation of portfolio reviews and prioritisation workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Ensuring the alignment of the portfolio with the AI strategy, governance requirements, security standards, and data protection requirements
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, information systems, IT management, digital transformation, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio management, IT governance, PMO, digital transformation, business consulting, or management of AI initiatives
- Experience in evaluating and prioritising initiatives based on business value, feasibility, costs, risks, and strategic relevance
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to create well-founded and comprehensible decision-making bases
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with departments, IT, PMO, and governance bodies
- Interest in artificial intelligence, GenAI, automation, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable enterprise AI technologies
- Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written
