Do you want to help protect tens of thousands of Swiss bank customers from ransomware, data leaks and cyber fraud?
To strengthen our 2nd Line of Defence, we are looking for a committed individual who, together with the Head of Security & Compliance Management, will manage and demonstrably improve the security of our rapidly growing SaaS platforms. In this role, you will gain deep insight into a highly regulated environment with direct links to banks, outsourcing providers, supervisory authorities and external auditors. You will shape the scaling, automation and auditability of our security apparatus in close collaboration with Security Operations.

• the operation and further development of an ISO-certified ISMS
• the design of protective measures and supporting the 1st Line of Defence in their implementation the management of information security risks throughout the supply chain
• the implementation, execution and automation of ICS controls in accordance with Swiss and European financial market regulations
• providing target-group-appropriate advice to stakeholders such as software developers, auditors or bank CEOs on information security topics

• with your education in cyber security, computer science focusing on information security or a comparable background, and with 1-2 years of experience
• your structured, independent working style and constant drive to automate recurring tasks using software with your knowledge of recognised information security standards such as ISO 270xx, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, etc.
• through your ability to document and communicate technical matters clearly
• with your language skills in German or English at C1 level (native language) and at least B1 in the other language
