What to expect:
- Ensuring the proper and professional operation, maintenance and care of construction machinery and equipment including their efficient use
- Consideration of continuous application of safety, quality and environmental standards
- Assistance in troubleshooting all machines and equipment assigned to maintenance
- Ensuring a clean, orderly site, workplace and driving routes
- Support in blasting preparations for raw material extraction
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience in the construction industry or mechanical field
- Experience in operating large construction machinery, especially excavators from 30 tonnes
- Knowledge of feeding a mobile crusher is an advantage
- Relevant experience in quarry operations or related areas such as tunnel, civil or earthworks
- Technical understanding as well as knowledge in the maintenance of construction machinery
- Driving licence class B, ideally with training as a construction machinery operator (e.g. Campus Sursee; M2, M3 and M7 advantageous)
- Independent, reliable working style as well as high safety awareness and team spirit
- A big plus: You have gained initial blasting experience, communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
