You are familiar with motion design, UI/UX, and common design tools and enjoy sharing your knowledge? In this role, you combine your creative skills with a social mission: You support young people with mental or physical difficulties on their path through vocational training.

Your tasks

• Professional support of apprentices in the extended labour market during their training as an Interactive Media Designer EFZ
• Imparting professional knowledge in the areas of screen design, UI/UX, motion design, animation, and 3D
• Involving apprentices in internal and external client projects
• Responsibility as a trainer for our IMD apprentices
• Collaboration with the educational specialist
• Participation in taster weeks and aptitude assessments

What you bring

• Enjoyment in training young people with support needs
• Training as an Interactive Media Designer, Mediamatiker, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects
• Good knowledge of common Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Experience in implementing creative client projects
• Technical understanding and interest in new tools and developments
• Empathy, patience, and a sense of responsibility
• Independent and structured working style

Experience as a trainer is an advantage. What matters most to us is that you enjoy using your expertise to train apprentices in Interactive Media Design.
