Your tasks
- Leadership or participation in research and development projects
- Responsibility for the formulation of the assigned products
- Responsibility for the raw materials assigned
- Regular monitoring of the raw materials market (suppliers, raw materials)
- Cost responsibility at project level together with team partners
- Leadership, promotion and development of directly subordinate employees
- Promotion of customer and process orientation and the system of continuous improvement in all processes
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as teamwork
Your profile
- Chemist with university/technical college degree and experience, preferably in the development of chemical mixtures
- Leadership experience in a team of development chemists
- Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in project management
- Interest in technical processes
- Very good language skills in German and English
