- You are co-responsible for the operational management of the social media channels of Hilti Switzerland AG (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram).
- Together with the Social Media Manager, you further develop the social media strategy.
- You develop content marketing concepts and produce corresponding image, text, and video content – both independently and in collaboration with freelancers. From idea generation through storytelling to implementation, everything is in your hands.
- In close coordination with the manager and internal stakeholders, you define and control the implementation of the social media roadmap.
- You work closely with internal departments (Corporate Marketing, Trade Marketing, HR) as well as with agencies and freelancers.
- Additionally, creating the monthly internal newsletter is part of your responsibilities.
What you bring:
- Completed higher education in marketing and/or communication as well as further training in social media.
- Initial professional experience in social media, ideally on the company side.
- Experience in multimedia production and publication of social media content (text, image, video) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok as well as confident use of analysis tools for performance evaluation.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss German required, confident German, business fluent English, French or Italian skills are an advantage.
- Good knowledge in the use of publishing and image editing tools (e.g., Falcon, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
