What is my role?

• Leading a team of approx. 20 employees in production

• Development and promotion of team members

• Planning and controlling resources for optimal utilisation

• Ensuring deadlines, quality and costs

• Participation and responsibility in investment projects

• Implementation of improvement projects and CIP initiatives

• Support with quality issues (analysis and solution implementation)

• Assisting in production when needed

• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and measuring instruments

• Leading shopfloor meetings

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. automation technician, polymechanic EFZ)

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Experience in staff management

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Experience with assembly processes is an advantage

• Quality awareness and goal-oriented working style

• Good German skills, English is an advantage

• SAP knowledge desirable
