Your challenge
- Responsible support of our client advisors in serving our German clientele
- Coordination and preparation of client visits as well as business trips of the client advisors
- Monitoring and handling of pending tasks, accompanying account openings
- Independent and proactive relief of the team leader and client advisors in all administrative matters as well as independent order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, and payment transactions
- Handling general correspondence in English and German
Your profile
- Completed banking or commercial training and subsequent assistant experience
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact in the financial environment and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Good communication skills and passionate customer orientation
- Confident appearance towards clients with impeccable manners
- Independent, precise work, strong quality awareness, and quick comprehension
- Resilient, goal- and team-oriented personality
- Good English and very good German skills, both spoken and written
