Personnel Consultant RAV 80 - 100%In the canton of Zurich, the Office for Labour operates 14 Regional Employment Centres (RAV). At our RAVs, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all sectors and professional groups. In addition, we support companies in finding the right employees. Here, at the heart of the labour market, your commitment and professional knowledge are in demand.
In various RAVs of the canton of Zurich, we are looking for competent and advisory-strong support immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve:
- Support job seekers in their positioning and reintegration into the labour market and actively mediate them
- Ensure a quick start to work for people with different professional backgrounds and implement legal requirements in a results-oriented manner
- Cooperation between the RAVs and their partner institutions (e.g. job placement centre, unemployment insurance funds, career counselling, social welfare, etc.)
- Ensure exchange and cooperation with other RAVs in the canton
- Build and maintain sustainable networks with Zurich employers, convincing them with the quality of your services
What you bring:
- 3-year vocational training and at least 8 years of work experience in a service-oriented role in the areas of placement, sales, personnel management or HR
- motivated and results-oriented personality with a good dose of life experience
- High willingness to learn and federally recognised further training (specialist certificate level, CAS or similar)
- administratively experienced, independent and organised way of working
- excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
