As a tool mechanic (m/f/d) in tool maintenance, your tasks are:
- Maintenance and servicing of complex punching, bending, and assembly tools
- Carrying out repairs and tool modifications
- Independent assembly of new and existing series tools
- Optimization of punching, separating, and bending tools
- Support of tool improvements in the manufacturing process
- Setting, measuring, and commissioning these tools in the production process
- Documentation of the work performed
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic in punching and forming technology
- Detailed expertise and practical experience in punching and forming technology
- High sense of responsibility for occupational safety, quality, and order
- Experience with punching and bending tools and in tool optimization
- Self-motivation and enjoyment of working independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to work shifts
