CNC Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on a central role in CNC manufacturing, combining operational work with team coordination. You ensure that orders are executed efficiently, on time, and with the required quality.

• You lead a small production team both technically and personally and coordinate the daily production activities.

• At the same time, you actively work on modern 3- and 5-axis machining centres – from setup and changeovers to manufacturing single parts and series.

• Using Mastercam, you create, test, and optimise CNC programmes.

• You develop manufacturing concepts for new components and prototypes and accompany initial sample inspections.

• For new projects, you contribute your expertise early on and support technical assessments.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a solid technical background in machining and are familiar with the requirements of modern CNC manufacturing from practical experience.

• Completed technical training in machining, for example as a polymechanic or production mechanic

• Several years of experience in CNC milling and very good user knowledge of Mastercam or the CAM environment

• Initial leadership experience, for example as a shift supervisor or deputy

• Independent, systematic working style with a high standard of precision and quality

• Organisational talent, strong sense of responsibility, and clear communication to motivate your team
