As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Clerk (a) / Project Administrator (a) for New Construction and Modernization at our location in Brüttisellen.
Your role
In this position, you support the Project Manager in completing those project management tasks that do not require decision-making. These include monitoring and maintaining the project's financial forecast as well as the correct posting of actual values, managing the project documentation, triggering invoices, and monitoring incoming payments.
Your tasks: structured and reliable
Support the Project Manager in monitoring the project schedule in coordination with the engineering team and the chief fitter
Maintain the project forecast, correctly post actual costs, and monitor and correct cost deviations
Analyze reasons for cost deviations
Correctly and timely post received change orders
Trigger project-related invoices according to KONE guidelines and/or billing plan
Change network status to TECO according to local policy (including schedule and dependency between MS5, WBS status TECW, and network status TECO)
Check and create material orders and work services in SAP upon request of the supervisor and project manager
Contribute to process design
Your profile: independent and customer-oriented
EFZ as clerk or equivalent education
Knowledge in project management desirable
Native German speaker
Good oral skills in French and/or English would be a great advantage.
Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) essential
An affinity for numbers is required.
