• In collaboration with the certified nursing professionals, you take over the care and support of people with support needs over a longer period
• Implementation of health promotion measures taking into account personal needs and available resources
• Promotion of a pleasant atmosphere and individually adapted communication skills
• Forwarding observations, measures, as well as changes to the certified nursing professional
• Taking over household and administrative tasks
• High flexibility and willingness to work in early, late, and night shifts

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or Nursing Specialist level DNI
• High service orientation and good manners for our elderly and care-dependent people
• Independent and resilient personality with high team and cooperation skills
• Ability for interprofessional collaboration
• Good German skills (spoken and written)
