Your Tasks
- Active portfolio management with a focus on Swiss equities Small & Mid Cap for our VV mandates
- Performance and implementation responsibility for the investment segment Equities Switzerland Small & Mid Cap
- Further development of the investment philosophy including quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as portfolio construction and risk management
- Development and implementation of fundamental analyses for Swiss equity companies
- Preparation of presentations and analyses for internal and external events
- Participation in client meetings (acquisition and servicing of existing mandate clients)
- Representation of the portfolio management of Zuger Kantonalbank internally and externally
Our Requirements
- Solid banking and business administration education and training (university/FH)
- Further training in portfolio management or financial analysis (CFA or AZEK/CIIA)
- At least 5 years of experience as a portfolio manager with a focus on Swiss equities Small & Mid Cap
- Proven track record and profound financial market knowledge are required
- Very good analytical skills and IT knowledge (Bloomberg, banking systems and Office - especially Excel)
- Know-how in the area of ESG is an advantage
- Strong customer and market orientation combined with good communication skills
- Distinct team player with the willingness to go the extra mile and live ownership within a growth strategy
