tasks

• you manage the portfolio, which consists of a large residential development as well as a smaller commercial part
• in doing so, you support the professionally subordinate property management clerks
• changes and terminations of rental contracts as well as inspections and handovers of rental properties also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• you prepare service charge statements and check / post contractor invoices
• you are also responsible for registering and handling claims as well as concluding service contracts
• in addition, you create advertisements and personally and telephonically support tenants
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• solid practical experience as a property manager is required (m/f/d)
• further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate or on the way to it is a great advantage
• furthermore, you have ideally already gained experience in managing residential as well as commercial properties
