Care Assistant 50-100%
Fancy an exciting position in the "On-site" team - starting immediately or by arrangement?
The core of your work lies in care and support under guidance. You accompany the residents in their individual daily structure and share responsibility for a clean and homely atmosphere in the department. You will be supported by an open, interdisciplinary team.
With your open, straightforward and empathetic manner and your life experience, you easily manage to engage with the residents and build trust. We expect your willingness to get to know the psychiatric field, acquire new skills, and complete the SRK care assistant course.
Independence, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good German language skills are a great advantage. We are looking for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere with a touch of humour, lives our values, and shares and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vitality at Schlogari.
