To strengthen our renewable energy team (heat pumps/solar), we are looking for a Service Technician for the Sottoceneri region.

Your tasks:

• Ensure high-quality technical service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction both technically and relationally.
• After a training period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of renewable energy systems in your geographic area.
• Work professionally and precisely, respecting contractual commitments and safety regulations for people and property.
• As an ambassador of our company, provide advice to customers, including for renovation interventions.
• Support the external sales team in the sales process of installations.
• Participate periodically in on-call shifts.

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a refrigeration system installer (essential).
• Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulic technology, and control technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good manners, and a predisposition for customer contact and teamwork.
• Initiative, reliability, and willingness to face new challenges.
• Experience in refrigeration and renewable energies (heat pumps, solar) is an advantage.
