Job Description

Central contact person for our customers to ensure the smooth process from the creation of the customer order, monitoring the order status to the preparation of the test report
Comprehensive professional advice to customers and plausibility checks of results
Organization and support of internal and external projects
Preparation of assessments and short expert reports

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as a chemist or a similar scientific degree (geology, environmental sciences, biology, ...)
Newcomers have solid knowledge in environmental analytics and intend a long-term commitment in this field
Professional experience with relevant industry and method knowledge in the field of environmental analytics as well as in order processing and/or project management is an advantage
Resilient, honest personality
Team player, committed and willing to perform
Communicative person with confident interface management and high customer orientation
Fluent in German and English, French skills are an advantage
Good MS Office and SAP skills complete your profile
