In short
We are looking for a dedicated Digital Transformation Lead to drive the implementation of a merchandising assortment tool, ensuring a seamless integration into our Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This role is pivotal in consolidating merchandising capabilities around a dedicated digital platform, continuously developing new capabilities that enable and improve merchandising processes in our GTM engine, and increasing visibility, accuracy, and consistency in the merchandise assortment planning process through the implementation of tools for key merchandising stakeholders.
Your Mission
- Lead the implementation of the merchandising assortment tool, from requirements gathering to rollout and seasonal improvements
- Align the tool’s capabilities with business objectives and user needs
- Ensure a smooth integration with existing systems, workflows, and data sources
- Drive change management and adoption across merchandising, product teams and commercial teams
- Define and prioritize product roadmap and features based on business needs and user feedback
- Partner with engineering, IT, and external vendors to ensure a seamless integration and continuous improvement
- Work closely with merchandising (global and regional), commercial, planning, and technology teams to align on business processes and capabilities
- Conduct user testing, feedback loops, and training sessions to drive adoption
- Define KPIs and track the tool’s impact on alignment, efficiency, and decision-making
