Architect for Timber Constructions, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for project management according to SIA service phases 1-5 of multi-family, single-family, commercial and industrial projects in timber construction
• You also take on coordination with clients, specialist planners and authorities as well as with the internal timber construction team
• Accompanying the construction execution and quality control are also part of your demanding tasks
• Cost management and schedule monitoring complete your versatile range of duties.
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH
• A confident handling of CAD software is required, ideally with ArchiCAD
• A good spatial imagination and design talent are important for this responsible task
• Do you describe yourself as creative, structured, self-initiated and entrepreneurial thinking?
