Your tasks – precise, versatile, and never boring
- You take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument
- You ensure that all codings are correct and traceable – always based on carefully maintained care documentation
- You identify optimization potentials and implement targeted measures to further develop processes efficiently, economically, and quality-oriented
- You support the teams practically with questions regarding the interRAI LTCF
- You conduct internal training and ensure that new employees are introduced safely and competently to the application of the interRAI LTCF
- With your commitment, you ensure that the interRAI classifications are not only professionally sound but also play a significant role in our company's success
- You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators and analyze them with your expertise and report to the relevant parties
- You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for the audits
- You take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument
What you bring – so you fit perfectly with us
- You have completed training in the field of nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and ideally have a qualification as a RAI expert/in
- You think quality-conscious and economically and want to actively shape the nursing process as well as the company's success with your expertise
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – even in demanding situations
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting the teams in training, introductions, and in everyday work professionally
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and open to appreciative collaboration on equal terms
- You find it easy to work with digital tools
- You have completed training in the field of nursing (at least at tertiary level), several years of professional experience in everyday nursing, and ideally have a qualification as a RAI expert/in
