Your Tasks
Forensic case management in open measures enforcement: In the externally oriented measures enforcement, you manage cases of adult offenders according to ROS standards. You accompany enforcement processes in a risk-oriented manner and manage core processes such as enforcement plans, reports and documentation punctually.
Case management with responsibility & scope for initiative: You coordinate the cases you manage within the interdisciplinary team and network internal as well as external specialist offices. Even in complex cases, you maintain an overview, prepare well-founded professional assessments and actively contribute to the development of enforcement.
Document clearly & classify professionally: Extensive case information, files and progress documentation form the basis of your work. You professionally classify observations and hypotheses, condense relevant information precisely and document complex processes clearly, structured and appropriately for the target audience.
Support, control & professional relationship work: You combine sustainable case work with clear orientation towards enforcement mandate and risk. You appropriately weigh client concerns, address problems constructively and promptly, and shape relationships so that commitment and development succeed.
Your Profile
Experience: Experience in criminal and measures enforcement, forensic psychiatry or probation services as well as knowledge of ROS are advantageous.
Personality: A reflective, well-organised and responsible working style characterises you. You professionally manage closeness and distance, represent institutional frameworks and work respectfully, independently and solution-oriented within the team.
Education: As a professional basis, you bring a degree in Social Work or Psychology or training as a psychiatric nursing specialist HF.
