You enjoy direct contact with people and keep an overview even in turbulent moments? Then you are exactly right with us. We look forward to your support from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
You take care of all administrative and organizational tasks – from contract creation to viewings to inspections and handovers. In doing so, you work closely with property maintenance and ensure coordinated implementation of processes. The diverse tasks include, in addition to contract management of rent, lease, usufruct, and loan for use, also the management of public halls, the preparation of ancillary cost statements, and debt collection. Handling tenant concerns and communication with internal and external contacts complete your varied area of activity.
You have completed your commercial basic training and supplemented it with further training "Real Estate Management Clerk". Alternatively, you already bring several years of professional experience in real estate management. You enjoy customer contact, whether by phone or at the counter, have good assertiveness, and keep an overview even in demanding and hectic times.
The activity requires good knowledge of MS 365. Ideally, you are also familiar with programs such as Abacus, CMI, and AbaImmo or are willing to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new systems. Your confident German language skills help you in everyday life.
Thanks to your organizational skills, your networked thinking, and your reliable, careful working style, you succeed in efficiently managing the varied tasks and meeting deadlines.
Look forward to a modern workplace in the middle of our lively lakeside community. With excellent transport connections, short distances, views of Lake Zurich, and an open, collegial working atmosphere.
