Your Tasks
- You work on diverse tasks and construction challenges related to the preservation of property value throughout the lifecycle
- You advise, plan, and implement small and medium-sized renovation projects
- You are responsible for timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution
- You advise and represent the interests of the client in medium-sized renovation projects
- You support the property managers in construction-related questions and budgeting
- You actively maintain internal and external customer relationships
Your Profile
- You have completed a technical training in construction and further education as a technician HF, architect FH, or civil engineer FH
- You bring several years of professional experience as a project manager for renovation projects
- You possess a high technical understanding, have a pragmatic mindset, and act solution-oriented
- You are resilient and have very good organizational skills for simultaneously handling multiple projects
- You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively embrace changes
- You have a strong customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and pleasant manners
- You are a team player and contribute your expertise beneficially to the team
