To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Passenger Car Centre Bern for a competent and experienced person as Workshop Department Manager 100% (m/f). 

Your tasks

• Overall professional management of the workshop department
• Ensuring flawless repair and service work
• Coordination of specialist concerns between service advisors and the workshop
• Ensuring the achievement of business management targets according to the budget
• Timely handling of customer complaints
• Professional training and leadership of apprentices

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent
• Further training in the technical or business management field, e.g. workshop manager, operations manager in the automotive trade or automotive diagnostician with a federal specialist certificate
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with corresponding leadership experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills, assertiveness and pronounced customer orientation
• Business management understanding and experience in dealing with key figures and budget targets
