The Centre works closely with Morges Hospital and its team of renowned cardiologists, ensuring comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care.
To strengthen its teams, we are looking for the Campus Léman Cardiology Centre a:
Medical Assistant (M/F) at 80-100%
Fixed-term contract of at least 3 months, starting as soon as possible.

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, or an equivalent qualification.
- Skills in radiology and laboratory analyses.
- A strong interest in administrative tasks.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Recognised skills in using IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment that fosters collegiality.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and good priority management enabling you to cope with a constantly evolving activity.
- Good interpersonal skills allowing harmonious collaboration with various medical and care professionals.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients
- Assist the doctor in the smooth running of their consultation
- Manage the billing of medical procedures.
- Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the institution such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical records
- Transmit medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within appropriate timeframes.
- Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
- Manage telephone duty and message taking.
- Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific treatments.
- Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, stress tests, etc.
