At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees care for the wellbeing of 186 residents. We specialise in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to a day centre, we have a daycare centre and a restaurant – for intergenerational encounters.

What makes our department special

• Coordination of the interdisciplinary treatment team in complex situations. Several weekly doctor visits, location meetings and case discussions, and daily support from the nursing support team.
• Residents’ stays range from two weeks to three months, providing a lot of variety in daily care.
• A mix of complex palliative situations, short-stay patients and rehabilitation offers plenty of opportunities to learn new things.
• Learning site for trainee Health Specialists EFZ.
