Teaching with individual support goals
Taking responsibility for the processes of support planning as a reference teacher
Collaboration in the interprofessional treatment team (medicine, psychology, nursing, social pedagogy, social services, and special therapies)
Co-designing theme and project days during school holidays

Profile

EDK recognized elementary school diploma
Professional experience as a secondary teacher or SHP
Creative, mentally agile, and strong in individually oriented teaching and learning methods
High social competence and consider collaboration a benefit
