What is my role?

• You are responsible for the implementation, organisation, control and execution of demanding construction projects, taking into account the highest quality standards

• As a project manager, you take on the technical and commercial leadership of your construction projects from planning to handover

• You coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors on site and ensure a smooth construction process

• You are responsible for meeting deadlines, costs and quality objectives

• Professional communication with clients, architects and other project participants is part of your daily tasks

• You conduct regular construction meetings and systematically document the construction progress

• You identify potential risks early and proactively develop solution strategies

• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with building regulations fall within your area of responsibility

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a construction manager or have a comparable qualification

• Your several years of professional experience in the construction industry make you a competent contact person

• You convince through independent action and decisiveness

• You are performance-oriented and proactively tackle new challenges

• With your empathetic and communicative manner, you successfully lead teams to their goals

• Your systematic and precise way of working characterises you

• You do everything to develop optimal solutions for your customers

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
