tasks

• You will mainly work on residential construction projects
• You will be responsible from the building permit application to and including execution planning
• Depending on your training, you will either lead entire projects or accompany the projects together with the project managers from the preliminary project phase to handover to the client
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have training as an architect or building draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson (m/f/d)
• Experience in the above tasks is a great advantage but not a requirement
• Young professionals are also very welcome
• Furthermore, you are a creative, thoughtful and well-organised professional with an interest in residential buildings
