What to expect
- Conceptualization, implementation, and success control of B2B marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) according to brand strategy and marketing plan – focusing on business customers (resellers, partners, corporate clients)
- Development of target group-specific communication concepts along the customer journey in the B2B environment (lead generation, customer retention, partner activation)
- Management of internal and external partners (including agencies) as well as coordination of all project steps from strategic planning to implementation and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels
- Creation, briefing, approval, and distribution of advertising materials – increasingly AI-based – tailored to the needs of business customers
- Responsibility for budget allocation, invoice approvals, and performance measurement using defined B2B KPIs
- Close collaboration with sales & commercial teams to align marketing activities with business priorities and revenue potentials
- Participation in media planning and selection of suitable ATL/BTL measures for B2B target groups (e.g., trade media, industry events, online performance channels)
What you bring
- Completed training or further education as a business economist with a focus on marketing (university/FH or HF) or marketing/advertising specialist certificate
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the advertising/campaigning field
- Experience in the B2B environment as well as in target group-appropriate communication across various channels is essential
- Success in conceptualizing and implementing broad B2B image and cross-channel campaigns
- Strong affinity for digital trends and channels, especially in paid advertising
- Experience in agile working and efficient planning of time, resources, and budgets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Confident demeanor and persuasiveness in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing; French and English skills are an advantage
