Foreman Tinsmith/Roof Tiler (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead a small team of roof tilers/tinsmiths and coordinate the daily workflows on the construction site

• You professionally carry out demanding roofing and tinsmith work on roofs and façades

• You are responsible for quality control and ensure that all work is carried out according to applicable standards

• You plan the material requirements and ensure efficient work organisation

• You are the contact person for customers on site and clarify technical questions

• You support the onboarding and further training of team members

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a tinsmith or roofer with several years of professional experience

• Experience in team leadership or the motivation to take on this role

• Sound knowledge of all common roofing and tinsmith work

• Independent and structured way of working

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Category B driving licence

• Availability at short notice
