Your Tasks
- You work four weekdays from 11:45 AM to 6:00 PM mainly in both main groups of the Kita Zobra and orient yourself according to the dual education concept elmar
- You recognize the individual needs and interests of the children and promote them specifically
- You ensure to support the children's independence and strengthen their self-confidence
- You bring your expertise into daily work and convey it to both the team and the children
- You work competently and transparently with the parents as well as the team
- You actively participate in team meetings and parent events
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ
- Flexibility, independence, initiative, commitment, and resilience
- Self-reflection and motivation to want to develop further
- A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you and you enjoy working across groups
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good command of German and good PC skills
- Motivation and interest in further development
