The professional guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance according to the Social Assistance Act (excluding economic social assistance). Would you like to support the head of the main department and – as part of a competence center – the internal specialists from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement? Your Tasks

Taking over management secretariat and controlling tasks

Supporting the head of the main department in personnel processes

Handling organizational tasks in the areas of events, infrastructure, and appointment coordination

Creating and monitoring process flows, information sheets, and instructions for legislation

Guiding commercial interns

Your Profile

Commercial training (EFZ)

Several years of experience in a comparable position with know-how in process documentation and quality assurance (ideally from fiduciary services)

Service-oriented, discreet personality with sociability and quick comprehension

Confident German language skills

Proficient use of IT systems
