About the job
What to expect
- Independent management and development of an existing customer portfolio
- Active exploitation of market potential through cross-selling as well as new customer acquisition and reactivation
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all decision-making levels
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Planning and conducting customer appointments, meetings, as well as participation in trade fairs and events
- Responsibility for budget planning and target achievement including initiation of corrective measures
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as purchasing, marketing and sales
- Active involvement in campaigns and market positioning of our partners
- Ongoing market observation and sharing of relevant trends and developments
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training in sales and/or marketing
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in key account management or sales
- Sound industry knowledge in consumer electronics and mobile accessories is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills as well as a confident and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- High initiative and independent working style
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Very good MS Office skills as well as a strong affinity for handling various IT systems and digital tools
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) within your sales area
