We are opening a position to strengthen our legal affairs team based in La Chaux-de-Fonds for our next
Legal Affairs Specialist
Your missions
- Actively support the bank's activities in legal matters.
- Draft and update contractual documentation.
- Participate in the development of internal guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries from competent authorities.
- Review contracts of our external partners.
- Inform and provide support to the Front Office for legal matters.
- Support the bank in the legal aspects of technological developments, notably the use of artificial intelligence.
- Follow ongoing legal procedures in collaboration with lawyers.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law completed at a university in Switzerland.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Initial experience in the banking environment is a strong advantage for the position.
- Interest in commercial law and the financial world.
- Native French speaker, ideally with knowledge of German and/or English (B2).

- Ability to handle sensitive matters while maintaining a high sense of confidentiality.
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
