For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic Health Specialist EFZ with a trainer function to start immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities

Care and support of our residents in everyday life
Responsibility in daily care and organization of the daily routine
Supervision and promotion of our FaGe apprentices
Co-design of the practical training in collaboration with the education team

Requirements Profile

Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
Trainer course, ideally SVEB 1 (or willingness to complete it)
Enjoyment of working with apprentices
Sense of responsibility, initiative, and team spirit
Openness to new things and further development
