About the job
The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex.For our long-term care at the Rosental Senior Center, which provides a well-maintained home for 107 residents, we are looking for a reliable and committed nursing professional immediately fixed-term until the end of May 2026.
Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents
- Analyzing and managing complex care and support situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Responsible for the care process within the framework of key worker duties
- As the daily person in charge in close cooperation with interfaces
Your Profile
- Training at the level of Registered Nurse HF or FH
- Experience in the field of geriatrics and long-term care is an advantage
- High social competence, independence, flexibility, and resilience
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA/Care Coach knowledge is an advantage)
