Your tasks
- Building maintenance and general repairs
- Troubleshooting of complex building systems (climate, ventilation, and sanitary systems)
- Deputy in postal services and setup of meeting rooms
- General maintenance work in cleaning
- Winter service
Your profile
- Caretaker with federal certificate or specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in caretaking
- Completed vocational training in a craft-related field
- Good knowledge of building technology
- Flexible, service-oriented, and reliable personality
- Enjoys contact, networked thinking, and friendly manners
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Driving license category B
- IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Residence in Dietikon and surrounding area
