Team Leader Night Shift Inpatient & Outpatient
You lead the night shift professionally and organisationally, coordinate deployments, and ensure professional care and support for our residents and clients. In doing so, you work closely with interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute to projects and the further development of the service.
You have training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF, work independently, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. Experience in long-term care, Spitex, or night watch is an advantage.
