About the job
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Design and implement information projects on Vaud cancer screening programs, aimed at populations in situations of vulnerability and/or presenting a low level of health literacy, as well as certain targeted communities in the districts of Broye-Vully, Jura Nord Vaudois, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut;
- Analyze available data and capitalize on acquired experiences, particularly with migrant populations, in order to define targeted actions aimed at improving access to information and screening devices;
- Deploy proximity actions relying on local networks, field partners, and concerned communities;
- Evaluate the actions carried out, identify adaptation needs, and propose adjustments for continuous improvement.
Your assets:
- Hold a Master’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification, complemented by project management training; a specialization in community health and/or transcultural approaches is an asset;
- Have proven experience in project management in community health and/or intercultural contexts; experience in oncology is a plus;
- Master common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Perfectly master French, both spoken and written, with excellent writing skills; knowledge of German is an asset;
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Show analytical skills, a public health vision, and an understanding of community issues;
- Adopt a motivational approach, focused on listening and empathy;
