We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support and assistance for around 40,750 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.

Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, advice, domestic help and support as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring and individual care, support and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• You support our clients in the area of housekeeping complemented by supervisory tasks
• Appreciative and active communication with clients and their relatives
• Carrying out activities in everyday life design
• Electronic documentation of services and observations on the business mobile
• Interdisciplinary collaboration

You bring

• Knowledge and expertise in cleaning, ideally with experience in long-term care
• Physical fitness and high resilience to confidently master the diverse demands of everyday life
• Independent working style, flexibility and reliability as a basis for a trusting collaboration
• High social competence
• Good understanding of Swiss German / confident oral and written expression in German
• Optionally own car (kilometre allowance by Spitex) or driving licence category B alternatively e-bikes are available
