About the job

• At the beginning of each shift, you ensure a smooth handover together with the team and get an overview of the current production processes.
• The planning and coordination of milk acceptance is also part of your responsibilities and contributes significantly to a stable production process.
• In the mixing room, you prepare various recipes, mix raw materials and additives, and consistently adhere to hygiene and quality standards.
• You are also responsible for operating and monitoring the heating systems, setting up equipment, controlling processes, and working proactively.
• You independently carry out or coordinate cleaning processes such as CIP and support other teams if needed.
• Through your work, you actively contribute to the reliable operation of the entire production and bring in ideas to improve processes.

• Ideally, you have training as a dairy technologist EFZ or food technologist EFZ.
• You have technical understanding as well as enjoyment of practical work and process flows.
• You are an open, team-oriented personality who enjoys communicating and thinking solution-oriented.
• A reliable and careful way of working is natural to you, even in a dynamic production environment.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system, including occasional weekend shifts.
