Tasks
You teach our kindergarten class in Tschugg as a class teacher three to four days a week and work closely with your class team colleague as well as the specialist teachers.
You plan and design the lessons, accompany the children in their development, and maintain contact with the parents.
As part of the staff, it is important to you to live shared values and work constructively together.
Requirements
You have a recognized teaching qualification for primary school (or are in training for it). Independent work and a sense of responsibility are natural for you.
You enjoy working with kindergarten-aged children and accompany them with joy, patience, and empathy in their development.
Teamwork is important to you. You appreciate the exchange within the class team as well as in the grade or cycle and actively contribute.
You live by the principles of New Authority and apply them in everyday life, you want to grow in a collegial, supportive environment and are present as a role model with patience and empathy.
