Become part of our team! We are looking for a committed individual for a maternity cover at our headquarters in Dietlikon, starting immediately or by arrangement, as Head of Finance/Accounting (fixed-term until July 2027).
Your area of responsibility
- Managing the financial accounting and accounting of the Swiss company together with dedicated colleagues
- Administrative and organisational tasks in the operational day-to-day business
- Timely posting of all bank receipts and payments as well as ensuring a correct account closing
- Liquidity planning
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of reports and analyses
- Conducting intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting with the digitalisation and optimisation of processes in finance/accounting
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Close cooperation with the CFO, who actively supports you in your role
How you convince us
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent practical expertise
- Confident in closing accounts
- Professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling
- Knowledge of Abacus and confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Very good German skills and good knowledge of English or French
- High team spirit, open and communicative manner as well as precise working style
