- Biete Auskunfts- und Servicedienst für Universitätsangehörige.
- Koordiniere die Kursanmeldungen und Mitgliederverwaltung.
- Übernehme Finanzadministration und allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten.
Skills
- Erforderlich ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und professionelles Englisch sind wichtig.
- Organisatorisches Flair sowie Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen.

Your tasks
- Information and service desk for university sports
- Coordination of course registrations
- Member administration, CRM data management (participation entitlements and access cards), patron management
- Financial administration, cash management
- Assistance with administration of trainers
- General secretarial duties
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Fluent German and a professional oral and written command of English
- Proficient use of common Office programmes and interest in learning and working intensively with further specific IT applications
- Communication skills and service orientation
- Organisational flair
- Enjoyment of working with numbers
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
