Production Operator - Clean Room - Synthesis and Filling

On behalf of our client specialised in the Life Science field, we are looking for a Production Operator - Clean Room - Synthesis and Filling

Location: Canton of Vaud

Start date: ASAP

Contract: until June 2027

Hours: Shift work 2x8

Responsibilities

• Comply with Good Manufacturing, Hygiene and Safety Practices

• Check the quality of products during production and ensure traceability (batch records, forms)

• Report anomalies (tools such as 5 Whys, intervention sheets)

• Actively participate in continuous improvement

• Execute processes according to procedures and GMP standards

• Participate in gel synthesis

• Weigh fibres

• Mix dissolutions

• Degas solutions

• Fill semi-automatic machines

Profile

• Education: Technical CFC, CAP/BEP or equivalent in the industrial sector (pharmaceutical, food, chemical or cosmetic).

• Successful experience in a clean room, in synthesis and filling tasks

• Experience in a GMP environment essential

• Fluent in spoken and written French

• Good knowledge of computerised tools (SAP or other)

• Knowledge of GMP, rigor, team spirit and strict compliance with safety instructions (HSE).
