Role Objective:

In this versatile position, you will manufacture, assemble, and optimise technical components and systems for innovative applications. With your expertise and quality awareness, you ensure precise execution of production and assembly orders as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes. At the same time, you actively contribute your ideas to the further development of products and technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Production of components using CNC and conventional machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, sawing, and grinding
• Assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems
• Manufacture and construction of systems based on modern profile technology
• Conducting incoming goods inspections and supporting work preparation in procurement tasks
• Performing and documenting quality inspections
• Maintenance and care of machines, equipment, and operating resources
• Supporting design and work preparation with technical queries
• Participation in the development of technical solutions and continuous improvement processes

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in CNC and conventional manufacturing as well as in assembly
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Experience with profile systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for professional development
