About the job
We are looking for you as a CNC Programmer for Long Turning (all genders). Thanks to you, the machines run like clockwork: you programme them independently and have a knack for optimising production processes. With precision and care, you develop CNC programmes. When there is a hiccup, you are on hand, and your ideas for improvements are always welcome with us. Become part of our team and contribute your skills!
Your area of responsibility:
You independently programme the assigned machines
You monitor and optimise production processes with an eye for detail
You create and optimise CNC programmes with precision and according to specifications
You pass on instructions to employees and ensure a smooth shift change
You take care of production disruptions
You actively contribute ideas for improvement and further development
To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:
Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or production mechanic
Knowledge of machine types Star, Tornos, Hanwha or Citizen and the Fanuc control system
Programming skills in new parts production as well as in optimising CNC programmes
Enjoyment and experience in guiding CNC mechanics
Team player, proactive person with very good communication skills
Experience in the role of group leader
