Clerk: Order Processing (m|f|d) 80-100 %
As a central interface between our internal and external departments, you play a crucial role in order processing. You have a pronounced understanding of numbers and process complex data in a structured and error-free manner? Then seize the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths in this challenging position.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Order Management | Processing of orders including the creation of offers and billing
- Accounting | Billing of additional services and consumables as well as processing of creditor invoices
- Data and Document Management | Management of customer data, control of lists and protocols as well as verification of billing journals
- Complaint Processing | Receiving and processing customer complaints to ensure high service quality
- General Administrative Tasks | Cash management, reception of visitors, telephone service, and other secretarial tasks
- Organizational Support | Participation in work preparation and execution of administrative tasks to relieve the team
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification and Experience | Completed commercial training or further education with several years of professional experience, ideally in the service sector
- Analytical Thinking | Excellent understanding of numbers as well as a structured and precise approach to complex issues
- Work Style | Organized, committed, and accurate work style
- IT Skills | Proficient use of MS Office and experience with Abacus are required
- Language Skills | Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are required. Additional foreign languages are an advantage
